Online Return Policy
If you wish to return an item, please email customerservice ( @ ) stateofgeorgia.com.au to authorise your return.
Please contact us within 7 days from the date of receipt in order to make a return. Due to high turnover of stock, we are unable to offer an exchange but the item can be returned back to us for store credit in which you can make your new purchase.
Full priced items can be returned for online store credit.
Non-returnable items: Sale items or items purchased with a flash sale code cannot be returned. Please note sale items are final.
Pre-order purchases fall in line with our standard returns policy.
If you return an item purchased through Afterpay, we will issue you an online store credit. Please note, your personal agreement with Afterpay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.
How do I return my item(s)?
In order to process your return, please complete the Returns Form that is available to download below:

Please email your tracking number with your order number to customerservice ( @ ) stateofgeorgia.com.au. Once the return is received and checked your credit will be processed. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your online store credit.
Please note, State of Georgia will not be responsible for return shipping costs (nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases - other than faulty items). It is the responsibility of the customer to cover shipping costs for their return.
State of Georgia accepts the return of unworn and unused items. The items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and no smell of perfume/deodorant, no makeup stains. Please take due care when trying on your order.
We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty or if we do not have a replacement for a faulty item.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind in the items or choosing a wrong size.
Online purchases can only be returned via post, to our Australian Postal address. We recommend returning the parcel using a registered postal service as we will not be responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Please be mindful: all orders purchased on SALE are final. All orders purchased using a FLASH SALE CODE are final. We do not accept returns on previously credited items. We will not process refunds on After Pay processed payments.

State of Georgia reserves the right to deny a return, if it does not meet our returns policy or was not authorised via email prior to receipt.
This policy is in line with ACCC Standards. Please refer to the ACCC website for further details.
If any item is faulty or significantly different than described, please contact our Customer Service team to arrange return as above. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a repair or replacement can be issued first. A refund will be issued if we cannot repair or replace the item, or in otherwise approved circumstances.
Return postage of items with manufacturing faults will be reimbursed upon receipt and inspection.
State of Georgia reserves the right to inspect the garment, in cases deemed necessary, if reported as faulty before issuing either credit or refund. Allowing an additional 14 days to be sent to our Head Office in Bali.
Your store credit will be processed within 5 business days once your item has been returned to our Australian returns address and checked.
Store credit can only be used once so please choose carefully. If you require an exchange for a size we will credit you with store credit for the amount you purchased the item for so you can then purchase the correct size if available.
All store credits or refunds for any type of return will be issued once received at our Australian returns address with relevant paperwork.
